Planning this application?

Send the site count, signals, network, power and reporting target. We will return a hardware configuration for quotation.

Why it matters

Field operations, farms and infrastructure depend on local weather, but standard forecasts are too coarse and manual logging is unreliable. Site-specific, continuous weather data is needed to plan work and to trigger alerts.

How it works

  1. 1An ultrasonic weather station measures wind, temperature, humidity, pressure and more — with no moving parts.
  2. 2A LoRa / NB-IoT / 4G gateway streams readings to the cloud.
  3. 3Dashboards show live conditions and push frost, wind or storm alerts.

Is this the right page?

Use this page when a farm, solar site, facility or infrastructure project needs site-specific weather measurements and can define siting, sampling, maintenance and data-use requirements.

Outdoor field-monitoring context

Representative site context. Sensors, interfaces, enclosure, power and mounting are confirmed against the actual project before quotation.

What buyers usually need to monitor

Core weather

Temperature, humidity, pressure, wind and precipitation selected for the operating question.

Solar measurements

Radiation or sunshine variables where energy or crop decisions require them.

Station health

Supply voltage, gateway heartbeat, sensor status and missing-data checks.

Metadata

Station location, mounting height, orientation, sampling and maintenance records.

Where the hardware sits in the monitoring path

A planning view, not a fixed bundle. Signal type, protocol, power, network and the customer endpoint are confirmed before quotation.

Typical hardware paths

Path 1

Integrated station

Best for: A compact site needing several weather variables.

  1. 1Integrated sensor
  2. 2Mount and power
  3. 3Data logger or gateway
  4. 4Customer platform

Path 2

Modular station

Best for: Projects that need selected instruments, replaceable sensors or formal siting.

  1. 1Individual instruments
  2. 2Logger and sampling plan
  3. 3Backhaul
  4. 4Quality-control workflow

Confirm before selection

  • Define the variables and operating decision first.
  • Review siting, mounting height and obstructions.
  • Separate sensor sampling from upload interval.
  • Plan cleaning, inspection and calibration access.
  • Specify local storage and missing-data handling.

  • Country and station quantity

Scope boundaries

  • A representative sensor package is not automatically a WMO or regulatory reference station; the exact instruments, siting and QA plan determine suitability.
  • Forecasting and meteorological interpretation are outside the hardware supply scope.

Buyer questions

Integrated or modular weather station?

Integrated stations are compact. Modular stations are better when individual variables, serviceability or instrument class must be selected separately.

How often should data be uploaded?

Choose the upload interval from the operational need and available power; it can differ from the sensor sampling interval.

Can the station run on solar power?

Yes after the sensor, logger and radio loads are checked against autonomy and local solar conditions.
