SunGene Co., Ltd. uses information submitted through this website only to evaluate and respond to business, hardware and partner inquiries, maintain delivery records and improve the website.
Information you submit
Inquiry forms may collect your name, company, email, target country, project requirements, estimated quantity and an optional file. Hardware RFQ attachments are stored privately and are not published as public URLs.
Why we collect it
SunGene uses this information to evaluate and reply to hardware inquiries, keep delivery records, protect the site and improve which pages are useful.
Processors we actually use
Website hosting runs on a SunGene-operated web server. Inquiry notifications are sent with Resend transactional SMTP so SunGene can reply. Visitors are not enrolled in an automatic marketing sequence from this form. Inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. The site records limited first-party events such as page views, product filters and RFQ steps on the same SunGene server. These analytics records exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-form form content and attachment URLs. This site does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Do Not Track is respected.
Browser storage and cookies
SunGene does not set advertising cookies. The site uses temporary session storage for a random analytics session identifier, first-touch campaign details and form continuity. This information stays in the current browser session and is not used to build an advertising profile.
Retention and sale
Inquiry records are kept for operational, security, contractual and legal needs. Analytics events without personal form content are retained for service measurement. SunGene does not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized business and system operations.
