Specify the checks required: model and accessory count, configuration record, agreed functional checks and shipping documents. Tests, calibration and inspection services must be included in the scope; they are not implied by a catalogue listing.

Send the order or case reference, model, symptom and useful photos. We review the issue and applicable terms before agreeing repair, replacement or additional technical work. Confirm return instructions before shipping equipment. Share remote access only after scope and authorization are agreed.
