A Taiwan-based industrial remote monitoring hardware partner
SunGene supplies sensors, RTUs, loggers, gateways and field accessories for wells, pumps, reservoirs, non-hazardous tanks and facility monitoring. We work with distributors, equipment manufacturers and system integrators.
Hardware families we prepare
Representative product-family images. The exact model, interfaces and enclosure are confirmed in the written quotation.
How SunGene supports a hardware project
Application kit definition
We organize sensing, I/O, communication, power and field accessories around the monitoring task.
Interfaces and documentation
Applicable wiring, register maps, payload notes and handoff requirements are reviewed for the selected model.
Evidence review and pre-configuration
Available model evidence, public product facts and supported configuration are reviewed before written confirmation.
Channel partner support
Distributors, equipment manufacturers and integrators receive project-based commercial and technical coordination.
Taiwan service and export coordination
English communication, packing documents and international delivery planning are handled from Taiwan.
Configuration review
Protocol, enclosure, power and documentation options are reviewed after the base model and order scope are clear.
Where the hardware sits in the monitoring path
A planning view, not a fixed bundle. Signal type, protocol, power, network and the customer endpoint are confirmed before quotation.
Customer system
SCADA, BMS or customer-owned platform
How a project moves from RFQ to shipment
The exact sequence depends on the hardware and available evidence. These are the checkpoints we use before confirming an order.
- 01
Review the field requirement
We check the measurement point, range, output, power, network, environment, country and quantity. Missing inputs remain open in the RFQ.
- 02
Confirm the exact configuration
The shortlisted model, available evidence, interface and certificate scope are confirmed in writing. Unverified facts are not treated as ordered specifications.
- 03
Agree the sample or pilot scope
For a new application, we define what the sample must prove, who will install it and what data handoff the customer expects.
- 04
Prepare the quoted hardware
Only quoted services are applied, such as supported addresses, APN or protocol parameters, accessories and packing requirements.

Remote integration context
Representative site context. Sensors, interfaces, enclosure, power and mounting are confirmed against the actual project before quotation.
- 05
Check the dispatch record
The shipment record can include applicable datasheets, wiring notes, register or payload files, configuration records and packing documents.
- 06
Hand off responsibilities
The customer or local integrator owns site wiring, electrical safety, control interlocks, platform operation and commissioning unless the quotation states otherwise.
