Choose the output and mechanical configuration together
The reviewed documents cover several related configurations. The values below are selectable limits, not a claim that every probe combines every option.
- The reviewed measurement range is pH 0–14 with 0.01 pH resolution and a datasheet-listed accuracy of 0.01 pH.
- Response is listed as 8 or 10 seconds to 98% in flowing liquid, depending on the selected configuration.
- Select RS485 Modbus RTU or 4-20 mA together with the compatible receiving input. The reviewed supply is 7–30 VDC with consumption below 0.15 W.
- Direct-cable, PG13.5/M8 and NPT3/4 threaded bodies with direct cable or an M16 waterproof connector are configuration choices, not universal features.
- Temperature limits of 0–60, 0–80 or 0–100 °C and pressure limits of 0.6, 0.8 or 1 MPa depend on the selected mechanical variant.
- Install the electrode vertically or at an angle with the sensing end down, away from trapped air and sediment. Keep the glass electrode wet in storage solution and plan periodic cleaning and calibration.
Typical applications
- Water-treatment and wastewater pH monitoring with planned calibration and cleaning access
- Tank, basin and process-water immersion points where the electrode can remain wet
- Threaded pipeline or flow-cell installations using a compatible pressure-rated variant
- PLC, SCADA and remote-telemetry projects using RS485 Modbus RTU or 4-20 mA by configuration
