Confirm resolution, output and cold-weather scope before ordering

The reviewed product record supports a specific collector, rainfall-intensity range and output family. Several order-dependent details must still be written into the quotation.

  • The collector is 200 mm in diameter. The reviewed measured rainfall intensity is up to 4 mm/min, with an allowable intensity up to 10 mm/min.
  • The reviewed accuracy is ±4% in an indoor static test at 2 mm/min. Field results also depend on levelling, siting, wind exposure, splash, blockage and maintenance.
  • Order either the reed-switch pulse variant or the RS485 variant. Pulse contact limits are 30 VDC and 20 mA; the reviewed RS485 configuration uses 12-24 VDC.
  • The source set contains inconsistent resolution statements, so this page does not publish a fixed resolution. The ordered resolution must be reconfirmed in the quotation and acceptance record.
  • The reviewed operating range is 0 to 70 °C under no-freeze conditions. A 220 V, 200 W heater is an optional configuration, not a standard feature.
  • Bird spikes, cable length and mounting details are order-dependent. The removable filter and collector need regular inspection and cleaning.
