Can this connect to our existing platform?
Most projects use one of these paths: Modbus RTU polling to MQTT publish; JSON payload alignment; TLS or credential handling by customer policy. The final payload and protocol are confirmed before sample shipment.
Is SunGene a SaaS platform provider?
SunGene can provide agreed software, platform connections and data integration alongside equipment supply and farm BOM planning. We define functions, account ownership, recurring fees, testing and maintenance in the quotation. Local teams carry out onsite construction; SunGene can help coordinate them.
What is checked before samples are shipped?
We agree the selected models, accessories, power and interfaces. For connected equipment, we also check the destination network, protocol and data format. Required certificates must apply to the proposed model and target country.
