FAQ
Is SunGene providing a SaaS platform?
SunGene is positioned as an Industrial IoT hardware and solution-bundle partner. We can prepare hardware, connectivity and integration-ready data paths, but final dashboard or cloud ownership is confirmed per project.
Can we order samples before committing to volume?
Yes. Paid samples and pilot batches are the normal evaluation path before OEM, ODM or recurring supply.
Are CE, FCC, RoHS or telecom certificates guaranteed?
Certification scope is model-specific. We confirm available certificates after shortlisting the exact hardware configuration.
