- SunGene is not a SaaS-only platform provider. We focus on hardware, monitoring kits and gateway bundles; dashboards or customer-cloud integration can be included when required.

- Both are possible. SunGene can supply gateway-only hardware, or a complete package with sensors, meters, enclosure, power accessories, dashboard and alarm workflow.

- We confirm the deployment country, regional frequency plan, network server, payload fields, decoder format, certification needs and sample test register map before finalizing the configuration.
- Do you support project-specific configuration?
- Yes. Firmware parameters, protocol settings, enclosure options, mounting accessories and integration documents can be reviewed after the hardware scope is clear.
